Uphill
You can really only go uphill once your life has taken a massive downward spiral. I’m not saying that’s how mine’s turned out (yet lol), but it really helps to give yourself a can-do kind of attitude, even if seems like you can’t-do anything.
It’s easy to fall, it’s hard to get up. Nobody said it’ll be easy, so be the first one to say it.
